Need Help All ships in all shipyards

I have a little question. How can I modify my yard that were in it all the ships? From tier 8 to tier 1? But with some randomness e.g. when I come to the yard every single day there are ships from tier 8 to 5, next one after a night are ships from 7 to 4 and some day find in the yard ship class 1. Is it at all possible? Sry for my bad english.

Not easily. If you want a certain ship, it is easier to cheat it.

So, maybe should i change size cities? or maybe there is some mention in the file ship. or infernal settings or somewhere to change the realism of the game and to be able to buy all the ships in ports?

There are a few settings you can try, yes. Have a search for "shipyard".
