    Hmmm ya I forgot there MK. The rating system DOES get a bit ambiguous at times, especially in Holland as well as Denmark as both these nations have shallow harbors therefore these nations did seem to rate their ships one higher then their deep harbor British, French, and Spanish counterparts...
