    Odd. I had this issue long ago but intel fix fixed it. @The Nameless Pirate is there a reason why this is happening? Also, intel fix lowers the quality of the water and if that isn't bad enough, some places in game will be extremely slow. There are fixes for this. Nameless Pirate will know...

    As of now, since it can't be done (SAVE INCASE IT CAN ACTUALLY BE DONE, then copy the file somewhere save or leave it in game, just rename it if you want to make sure you dont delete it by accident), I suggest "failing" the quest so it would be "completed".
