    I dont know if its helps but I tried palying with those files that @Jack Rackham postet so i decited to kill gibbs and crew members and went to tavern and when i went back to the port i saw anamaria and gibbs standing there and storyline continued and i finished it! :D

    Im playing beta 3.3 the curse of the Black Pear quest wen Jack with Will comes to Tortuga and finds Gibbs who hires crew but, there are no crew standing behind him and after he talks nothink happens. :(

    Im palying beta 3.3 yes i could change flags before i think it's happend after i meet Beckett but when i go to old saves there are the same problem and in other storylines there are the same problem but when i start new game problem are gone
