    so far lookin good ,can see u borowed the stern gallery form the old surprise :wink: btw u should use low poly guns instead od these ones ,with these ul get over 40k polys for guns only

    dont want to be picky but it seems the ships in the paintings are different a galeon on the first and a fleut on the second take a look a theirs balconys the galeon has a covered one while the fleut dosent

    SJG i think that by more advanced SD ment Maya only ( no tool etc ), btw why ur model isent in T pose while that sceleton in tool is ?

    yup try smoth binding the mesh ,set maxinfluences to 2 or 3 dropoffset to 4 ,then add or remove influences of bones from meshesu dont want them to control ,then its just weight painting ,oh and start with setting the rig to binding pose ,btw bind the rig to the taz joint not the main one...
