    Nope. That sounds fine. If you (or anyone) wants to check, a quick way is based on whether there's more than one blacksmith. If there's only the fellow at Douwesen port, it's 12.1; if there are smithies on each island, it's modpack. How far along in the game are you?

    Do we really need to save and restore town/store states? Since they can't change nation, I don't think that'll be such a problem. One exception would be saving the state of Oxbay in light of the MQ.

    Please turn on error logging, run it again, and post the logs. It means that something did not extract properly, and so there's an error in the scripts in the PROGRAM folder.

    CCC: Not on the fly, but you can take the compile.log generated by the game and feed it to the tool, and the tool will write the locators automatically. I do need to test and see if we can do locators on the fly. I -really- doubt it, but it'd be _so_ helpful...
