    Well if I have too many that is change from before. I am carrying 8 and I thought the limit in earlier versions was 12. The work around is too hire them, proof positive I don't have too many then fire them later, or kill them on the spot.

    And further evidence that the perks are FUBAR, I have the wisdom tooth idol which is supposed to add to defense and it doesn't. All other objects and books seem to work as intended.

    Thanks Cassadar, What you describe at level 60 is what I experience at level 31. It is the non contributing perks you can't allocate.

    First of all I am playing with Levis' 10/3 fixes. Here is what has happened. I have hired three tavern officers. They all have all of their shared abilities assigned and 20 free points. Unlike before I cant allocate any of their unused points.
