    An old problem recurrs

    Playing the latest mod, after a few months of game play, the F@ screen is frozen. I can't go anywhere on F2. Also, I can't exchange with officers face to face or with chests. Any Ideas?

    I am afraid I am about have to by a new computer after 8 years and I know that there are performance issues for POTC in Windows 10. Can anyone let me know the state of our understanding of the problem and any possible fixes/ improvements? Thanks

    I am not on an opium quest. This was first noticed when I was looting corpses during boarding. Looting just stopped working so did the F2 buttons. I have had this once but four and selling off most my inventory seemed to fix it. This time that did not work.

    I think I have a new problem with the latest build the F2 interface is frozen. I can get there but I can't do anything on it. I also can't loot the dead or pick up items.

    Of course it is. Duh! I have only been playing this game 11 years. Obviously the reason I was so surprised is forgot to get the fencing practice which I usually do first on deck. Thanks Grey Roger

    I don't know if I am losing my mind but, I stared a new and after I got toughness, advanced defense etc. the professional fencer was locked. I don't think I have ever seen that before, and I have no clue how to unlock it.

    Well, I deleted everything and did a clean install and that fixed it so I am sure something got screwed up with some installation.

    I up loaded the latest fixes and no matter what settings I use in the internal settings neither of things work.

    A couple of ideas. Would it be possible to ransom captives on the beaches of their home island and thus avoid dealing with the fort. Even if you are flying a false flag and they let you more they sometimes fire on you after you complete the ransom and try to leave. The master battle axe...

    One thing I have never understand is, if you become a pirate and every nation is against you, Why do we find pirates moored in the ports? This is frequently an issue in San Juan. Not a new problem, it has been that way for ever. I am just curious.

    Well, the odd thing is this version worked fine without the fix on my desk top which also has a NVidia card.
