    That's not surprising ! I think weird effects are irreversible with save game just because your officer who was originally in your Nevis ship has been "erased" and replaced by the one in grenada ship or something like that !

    No, in the Patch 4 the kam_shipberthing_ship.c is directly in the PROGRAM folder, that's since the alpha 10 WIP that it has been replaced in the INTERFACE folder :shrug

    The problem with that is if there are pirates ships who appears in those ports at the same time of town nation ships, you could have a battle between them with a neutral fort to both of them :urgh

    No my changes are only available for the Spanish main period ! During other periods, those towns are hostile to pirates !!! Governor's dialog would also take care of the current period.

    I managed to change relations between fort commandants of those towns and pirates during the Spanish main and it works pretty fine :whee those towns can now be acceded even if you raise a pirate flag...     Try to rename the extension to another you could upload, a .txt for example ! If you can't, perhaps you could put it on the ftp server.
