    for docking where is the place to park your ships. Like in AOP2 COAS there is a port master and you can ask him to hold on to your ships for a fee depending on ship type and class also i have no idea why tip texture isnt being loaded and i dint see any error except when i hit the q and enter...

    i reran the 14 beta 3 installer and everything for beta 14 all over again except the erb graphic inhancement installation and it did something so now seadogs isnt having problems my buildsettings .h file is now. i also have this weird file called d3d8.dll file
