wrong direction shown on compass?

definately my compass does not show the right directions..east is west and west is east....i am running around searching my aunt.-..its called northwest of Gran grenada...but there is nothing...i think that the card is showing north in the north (pergament card of special edition)

so if i am goind anchor at the east cost at Granada i must walk WEST to get to Granada...but i walk east on my compass to get there?...So i cant find teh locations....or is that little red arrow the direction?..No idea..cant find anything about in my handbook!

btw. anybody knows about the special game elements for the collectors edition?

Who cares what the compass says or whether you're reading it wrong or not.... don't you know which direction west and east are in the caribbean sea???
