Looks alright a bit like sid miers pirates , but the multilayer now that looks interesting.

That is made in Unity, btw. You can purchase their code that was used for the water/sailing/boats. I think it was one of their earlier versions, but looks quite a bit like that. We had actually looked at it for a quick build of HoO. From what I have read, the developer is extremely involved in the building of the game and isn't doing a 'set it and forget it' build.
