Havana perhaps? TEHO has not little to no privateer quests so I don't think there are governor generals, except maybe for France
Thank you for the reply, I also believe that only the Governor General of France is there.
This new mission has been programmed by a colleague and seems to be incomplete.
Yeah, I don't remember anything about the Governor General of Spain.
You meet the French one in the main quest for sure.
And maybe the British one later on? I seem to remember this, but I may be wrong on this one.
At any rate, no Spanish GG is in the game that I know of. -
