Traders Have no Stock

I have just got back from oxbay the second time in the mainquest. When I get back I get thrown in the prison and then released. after this all merchants on redmond have no stock at all. when I left for oxbay they had stock and so did the ones on oxbay and greenford. Exiting to the sea at this point causes a crash. Sometimes it generates an error log and other times it does not. I cant seem to get it to generate one at the minute.

I have had that too. Only with Stores though and that only because I haven't approached the street traders when I have been playing.
On odd occasions the fault would clear if I left the shop and came back, but not always.
It is I think a bug.
