"Terminator Guy" playable character in new patch?

Has anyone figured out what this entry in the patch release notes means?

"Terminator guy" player character on Intel graphics chipsets.

I believe you look a little like the T1000 in swirly colour mode when using an Intel Graphics card.

Cool, but annoying. The patch should fix that.

ok, on to the next one. what in heck is this one? <b>- Barmaid - men in settlement.</b> the barmaids in settlements are still babes after the patch so anyone take a guess on this?

Not sure about the barmaid part - they're still decidedly feminine. But in some settlements, you can hire crew now.
