Solved Stuck at Tortuga

I dont know if its helps but I tried palying with those files that @Jack Rackham postet so i decited to kill gibbs and crew members and went to tavern and when i went back to the port i saw anamaria and gibbs standing there and storyline continued and i finished it!

Had same problem, went to tavern and Will was standing next to door, went outside and found girl but some error log appears saying something about missing crewmember.. But looks like quest goes on.
