Solved Safe to sell ?

After grinding some melee skill around some kind of inca temple that featured truckloads of hostile natives, my character is carrying a bunch of exotic items, some have some +skill but some do not have anything.
So i'm wondering, are those items actually safe to sell, or are some needed later in some of the quests ?

They should be safe to sell. Quest items tend to be listed in the inventory in their own section and can't be sold - you won't see them in the list of stuff when you trade with a store or street merchant.
