i sailed to bahia de san antonio and cant moor, meaning can not get moor icon to appear and i sailed all around the shore and bay. is it a bug?

You have not found the mooring point. If you can not find it by sailing, go to other ports and see if any street merchants, or the store, can sell you a map of Cuba.

Depending on which version of the game you have, Bahia de San Antonio might not be where you think it is. The most recent update swapped Bahia de San Antonio and Bahia de Moa, so that Bahia de San Antonio is closer to Havana and Bahia de Moa is closer to Santiago. The map was also corrected, so if you can buy the map, it will show the correct locations of both beaches.
