i think it will be as all other games, where the world reacts on your actions, so it will be possible to became an outlaw of some kind <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />

I don't have any info on this, but I seriously doubt that. MMORPG's tend always to be very static about these issues. They usually don't allow to change sides (due to balancing issue with PvP)
