Question: Battle vs. Full Sails

The Amsterdam ship model doesn't distinguish between battle sails and full sails. How should one go about fixing this?
 
I'm pretty sure that is set in one of the ini files, but I'll have to poke around to be sure.

INI files??? It's something to do with the locators in the GM files, I should think.
There's no ship-specific INI files that could define that. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wacko.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":wacko:" border="0" alt="wacko.gif" />

While we're on the subject of ship questions, for the Different Flags mod we need to edit pretty much all the mast GM files.
However, some the TOOL won't open, for example <i>luggerVML_mast5.gm</i> .
I would very much like to know if other people CAN open that file. And if not, if we can add locators to such files through Maya instead.
Otherwise we wouldn't be able to load pennants on those ships, which would be unfortunate. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />
 
Well you learn something new every day. Is the info about how to set the battle and full sail locators in the documentation for the Maya plugins?
