problem about the character stats

Hi mateys,

I have a strange problem about the stats.

I started a game in Potc NH I4 build, and for have an experience mor or less like Sea Dogs, I started as Castaway.

All ok, the adventure go, no problems, but really I don't reach to understand the character stats.

I remember that in old Sea Dogs and Potc, I had 2 stats, perks and abilities, and I used augment all 2.
Perks are normal, I gain my points, and choose where put, as usual.

Now seem that I cant touch abilities, they augment without my choice, and has 2 numbers, like 1-2 and not 1 number like usual.

Maybe they augment with use? like more Sailing if I use sails? I dont understand, please, help me.

Auto Skill System is on by default, so it indeed increases with use.
If you don't like that, there is a setting in the Options menu to change it back.

Great! and, tell me, this is the same also for the other profiles?
Because I liked also try to start as a corsair, or merchant, or other, and better my skills myself, without game help.

Yes it is the same for all profiles. Changes made in the options menu are global.
