Possible Bug with Finding Danielle?

I'm at the part where I went to the mine and found out about the clay tablets. It tells me she wen to Isle Muella or whatever again so I head there and I seem to have hit a wall, no NPC's know about it and she isn't hanging out anywhere.

Am I just being stupid or could I be bugged?

Any help would be great, thanks

If i remember well you have to go in the Isla Muelle's tavern and talk to the `tavern-keeper`. I don't think it's time for the priest, rico. But maybe i'm wrong.
 
Yup, I can either make a donation or ask him about business and when I do I just say 'Nevermind'

EDIT: Tavern keeper doesnt tell me anything, I ask him about business and I once again say 'nevermind' <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
 
Questbook says Danielle has gone to Isla Muelle to find out about the man who made the copies of the clay tablets

Regarding Danielle, yes, you talk to the IM tavern keeper - you should be able to ask him about business - and tell him you're looking for a man who's been translating the local languages, and then you'll be able to ask if he's seen Danielle. He'll tell you she just left, and then you leave the tavern and find her.

If you are not getting this dialog, then go back to a previous save and try it again.
 
I figured it out, I never hired the slave from the mine to the ship, once I hired him the tavern keeper gave me the info

Funny, there is a spot in the dialog that gives an option - I think it's supposed to be if you hire Leborio, or not, you should still get that dialog...

I should look at that further, perhaps it is missing something it needs...
 
To solve this issue you SHOULDN'T free the slave in mine , just talk to him and get the information then off you sail to islemulle . Once there go to the tavren keeper then ask him about business and you should find the right line of conversation .
 
It's supposed to work both ways... I guess if you've done it that way, then it does - because I've always freed Leborio. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/par-ty.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheers" border="0" alt="par-ty.gif" />
 
I believe ye need tew free him first tew get yer info from him,then ye heve de option of taking him wid you,or leaving him behind,The latter seems to foul up de quest <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/par-ty.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheers" border="0" alt="par-ty.gif" />

Well , I remember when I first talked to him ( slave ) I did free him and get the info then sailed to islemulle , at tavern I spoke to the keeper but couldn't find the right line of the conversation !!! so I reload at the point were I was just get inside the mine and talked to him again , this time I didn't free him ... after reaching the tavern I got the right conversation with keeper and saved danielle .
