Not a Bug Missing Locations: Oranjestad Shipyard and Eleuthera Tailor

While Oranjestad does have a shipyard owner ("Abraham Hollander"), he doesn't seem to actually have a shipyard.

Does anyone remember how that is possible?

And also Eleuthera has no Tailor's Shop, but DOES have a Tailor.

As a quick fix, I just removed the characters assigned to those non-existent locations.

If anyone does actually want to add those locations properly though, be my guest.

These characters never showed up in the game anyway. Now they truly don't exist anymore either.
Requires a New Game to take effect. This is just "cleaning up" though and should not affect the game in any way.
