Need Help Option to send companion away to seek own fortune - bug or ...?

Hello fellow pirates

I'm a huge lover of this game, but some times it gives me gray hair.

In the cabin, there is an option to summon companion from another ship. Then I have an option to send the companion away for a while (picture 1). When I select this option, another menu opens (picture 2). In this I can only roll up and down in option menu, but I can't select anything. I can't even get out from the menu without closing the whole game.

Please help me!

Welcome aboard @Pietrucho!

I am going to try this out for myself and let you know.
This is the first time I am seeing this feature, that's what I get for sailing solo I guess.

Edit: On second thought maybe @kb31 or @mitrokosta know something about it?
