Anyone of you noticed that you can easily get anti-smuggle patrol schedule without damaging relations with the local nation? Steps to reproduce:
1. Go smuggle
2. Before the guards reach you, get into combat mode. This way the guard cannot talk to you
3. Attack the guards, they won't fight back. Kill them and get the schedule
4. Check your relations with the nation. Zero negative impact.

If there are no witnesses left alive, they can't tell the governor what happened.

The schedule is of limited use anyway. In due time the patrol schedule changes and the document is then useless.

But the guards just stand there and let me hack them to death. They don't fight back.
