Two issues with no javascript:
a) The signup captcha simply doesn't exist if you have javascript off. Makes signing up a chore.
b) See screenshot. That huge ugly black menu won't go away. Well, unless I turn on javascript, which I don't want to.

c) Ok, there's three. Uploading of files doesn't seem to work without javascript either. :-S
All of these things can and should work with js off.
