@Thagarr , while it is right that I personally registered here on 2012, since i wanted to help and not merely lurk around, I was around this site for longer than 2009, you know? Basicly when AOP came out i started lurking on this site, watching and looking weekly at the least, with some breaks here and there. I remember how this website looked before the new one was put up and all the struggle behind that. I also saw the discussions, while not seeing the private ones, I think I still have a right to have my own opinion, while i wont put any more words into it.
Moreover as far as Im aware for the last years I never saw you commenting such a thing on links put up by members, that was the only reason why I posted that reply in the first place.
Its always clear as light that one should have at all times his protection up while surfing his web, even though this site is "http" while mks site is "https", if you worked in IT as i do you would know the difference, I didnt even want to put up this in the first place, but since you posted that reply above, I felt obliged to inform.
I myself am not in the slightest a fan of the build mod, I dunno why but the hours i put into playing it made me shudder in comparison to the base AOP game (That one made me only rage alot on the ctds), so I never learned to love your build mods. But in the end everyone has his own tastes and likes and while one like to stick to the stuff they grew up with, some may want to play the newer pirates games, which is COMPLETELY FINE as were all individuals with our petty own interests and beliefs.
Though should I have in some or another way wronged you, Thagarr, I forward my most sincere apologies towards you.
On other terms, I personally would welcome it, if from now on we could stick to the topic of COAS on this thread and not end up discussing such superficial matters, since i guess people who dont know about the background of it will most likely be estranged by this whole conversation.
