Solved Need a book for abilities?

Hi,
Just trying to level up and I need to “find this wisdom in a book” to get it. But where on earth is the book?? Please see picture attatched.

The book is called "Advanced Blocking Techniques".
Minlevel is 1, so it should start appearing right from the start of the game.

What's your current level?
I wonder if you are so far beyond "1" that it's considered a low-level item and stopped appearing.

If so, use console and:

GiveItem2Character(PChar, "skillbook1");

I managed to go on the wiki and disable the book thing through the internalsettings as I don’t really like it. But thanks for the help anyway. I liked how it was in the stock game
