Server lag causes strange issuers sometimes, I don't think all the smilies are hosted on the same server, so that probably has something to do with it.

For those of you wondering what happened to the smilies, we are running a new version of Xenforo and they are now separated by tabs based on category's in the editor. At the moment there are two tabs, but that will probably change as new category’s are added.
