Bug GOG of Caribbean Tales crashing at load screens

Specifically when transitioning to/from the ocean scenes. I cant seem to find an updated fix for this, any suggestions?

Sounds like the Intel issue.

Indeed, it is most likely a graphics card driver issue. If you have a dual graphics card, try switching to the other card in the settings when/before running the game. If not, you could try updating your graphics card driver (download the latest update for it from the Intel/manufacturer's website and install it).

You could also try setting the game to the lowest graphics settings, and seeing if it still crashes when all the advanced shaders and lighting are disabled. It's most likely one of these effects that's making your game crash with your particular graphics card. If you can find out what it is, you may be able to disable just that effect, and leave everything else on, and the game will work fine.

Also, since you bought the game from GOG, you can contact their technical support, and they'll be able to walk you through the steps and help you out with getting the game to run on your computer specifically. They will likely have encountered this problem on other computers like yours, and will know of a working fix.
