It's in Polish, not Czech and he indeed plays like an experienced player. Sadly for me his videos are unbearable to watch because of constant swearing and other offensive/disrespectful remarks. But that will hardly disturb any viewers who don't understand him anyway.
I prefer to use this Russian video guide instead, since it's divided into separate videos for each mission (gotta click on annotations):

I was thinking of recording a similar guide in English but for now I have more imporatant matters in life. Of course you watch who you want, I just wanted to express my opinion on this.
