Hi all,
You may have noticed some forums have either been moved or had their names changed recently. This is part of a wider effort to streamline the forum layout to make it easier to navigate. The changes are outlined in full below.
PLEASE NOTE: Existing hyperlinks to any of the affected forums should still work as normal.
Renamed or Moved Forums
These have been changed to clarify their purpose or to make them easier to find. In the case of CoAS and AoP: CT, the forum names have been changed to reflect the games' availability on GOG under the Sea Dogs name. Links have been left in the original locations for Ship Modeling and Storylines to ease the transition.
Archived Forums
These forums have been moved to the new Archives forum because they are either no longer active or another forum now serves their purpose. You cannot post new replies or threads in the Archives, but you can access all the original threads as before. Links to the Gameplay & Tips forums have been left in the CoAS and Caribbean Tales forums to make sure relevant threads are still easily accessible.
If you wish to post about older or non-pirate games (which previously belonged in Other & Older or Alternative Game), please use the Burning Brig, which is open to any discussions, even if they're not related to pirates.

- The Akella's Pirate Games category is now Storm Engine Games
- Storm Engine Modeling is now Ship Modeling and has been moved to General Naughtiness
- City of Abandoned Ships Mods is now Sea Dogs: City of Abandoned Ships
- Age of Pirates Modding is now Sea Dogs: Caribbean Tales
- POTC Build Mod is now POTC: New Horizons Mod
- The POTC Storylines forum has been moved to POTC Gameplay & Tips
