At the beginning of the game the combat sucks bad.. and I mean bad. Takes a while until you
kill something. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ko.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ko" border="0" alt="ko.gif" /> So I decided to cheat and get me stats up and get a power armor and a minigun (by cheating of course).. now when combat and killing stuff doesn't suck that much anymore I find that game rather good to play. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />

I'll upload some pictures later about me decapitating the whole Slaver's Guild with the minigun.. or me f**king them over (That Slaver's Guild head mentioned that he doesn't like to be f**ked over.. so I decided <b>I</b> should f**k him over.. that bastard deserved it for jailing poor innocent people and a innocent merchant) in other words. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />

Ever heard of The Fall: Last Days of Gaia? <a href="http://www.the-fall.com/e/index.php?menu=news" target="_blank">http://www.the-fall.com/e/index.php?menu=news</a> . I gave Fallout a shot years back but lost interest quickly. I don't know if it was because I didn't have time to play it then because it seemed like a cool game from the write up.

I think you should try Fallout 1&2. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" /> I haven't tried Fallout 1 but I have Fallout 2 on me rig. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" /> Just be sure to get latest patches for those games and also character and item editor if you can't stand 5-10 minute long battles at the beginning of the game. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" /> Only ranged weapon I was able to find was a crappy rifle with enough slots to have one bullet in it.. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ko.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ko" border="0" alt="ko.gif" /> trust me it was awuful, I was impatient to go search all the damn wrecked city so I just cheated and later found out that there are some better weapons than that butt-sucking rifle. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" /> Pistols (they pretty much all suck, haven't really used them much but you can try using VATS to target yer opponent's weak spots to make more damage with regular pistols), shotguns (haven't tried those yet), A gun with a long pipe which works like a minigun (too bad it's lacking the fire effect and proper noise for it, it has minigun's noise which doesn't fit for it because I have seen that weapon in movies and it doesn't sound like a minigun... appart from it's bugs it's a good weapon to shoot yer opponents to shreds), Then there's a little SMG machine gun thingy which I cave to me caveman companion.. lol <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> I gave it to him because he said he can use those too and I wanted him to use a ranged weapon. Thought he'd never use that gun but.. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":rolleyes:" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" /> he did.. shot limbs off from two people when I went wacko in a town. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> Anyways there are more weapons than I thought.. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/w00t.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":woot" border="0" alt="w00t.gif" /> there are energy weapons like laser pistols and plasma pistols too. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" /> Which I found much more effective than regular pistols. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />

Enclave's soldiers have even cooler power armor than I do. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" /> I would cheat me one of those but I would broke too much of the game's story then. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

And when I was just doing pointless things in that game again and exploring the map I came across a fella in a Enclave's soldiers power armor.. that game called him a iron woodsman or something. He was standing still and when I tried to talk with him he told me "oil can" <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":blink:" border="0" alt="blink.gif" /> and then he continued telling me "oil can" "oil can" "oil can" "oil can" <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":blink:" border="0" alt="blink.gif" /> Wtf? So I visited a house nearby and came back and found out that this oil can is in front of him.. then I figured out that his armor is stuck thanks to some wierd reason and so I had to oil him. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> He thanked me afterwards and said that he has been stuck there for days. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/24.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":rofl" border="0" alt="24.gif" /> That was pretty funny together with this "oil can" babbling like he has lost his mind. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />
