Excalibur Releases European Ship Simulator Early Access on Steam!

Oxfordshire, United Kingdom – Friday, November 21st 2014 - Leading simulations publisher Excalibur (http://www.excalibur-publishing.com) is pleased to announce European Ship Simulator, a core nautical simulation product available via Steam Early Access from today: http://store.steampowered.com/app/299250


An internally developed IP, Excalibur intends to promote this core product with regular updates and expansion packs to extend the maritime world and content indefinitely. Developed in line with modern demands for both developer and user generated DLC, the boxed retail version following in February 2015 will contain a mission editor and all the updates released between November 29th and mid-February. The MAC and Linux versions will also release at this time.

The Early Access version includes three ships, three missions and two ports Dover and Calais). The weekly updates will see five more ships and ports added alongside the mission editor and Steam achievements before the end of January 2015.

Commenting on the product, Excalibur’s Managing Director, Robert Stallibrass commented: “European Ship Simulator represents a new direction for Excalibur; an internally developed IP which we can develop as a franchise over time, constantly growing the product’s content and direction with the addition of user feedback and generated DLC.”
