Solved Escort Merchant quest.

Hi all,

what is needed to successfully finish the "escort to and back again" generic quests?
I escorted "to" and talked to the merchant on his ship. He only said that he has no time to talk because he will sail soon.
So we went "back" and... nothing. He`s not on his ship and can`t be found ashore. Mission remains unfinished. What am I doing wrong?

@Oldtimer: What game are you referring to? PotC doesn't have any "escort to and back again" quests.
For regular PotC escort quests, after agreeing to the quest, you just need to talk to the ship's captain again in the destination port.
That completes the quest.

I am playing 14.1 from September. Is there a 14.3 and if so where do I get it.?
 
I think Oldtimer means they are playing Build 14 Beta 3 :yes

- since they had trouble getting Beta 4 to work. :modding see the thread about engine crashes.
