    A new pirate game just came out on Steam (in Early Access).

    Don't Sink
    is a 2D sidescroller with pixel graphics, but the description on Steam claims it's influenced by FTL, Sid Meier's Pirates, and our very own PotC! So it's got that going for it. Apparently it has a bit of town management and building, as well as the genre standards of trading, fighting and trying not to starve at sea..

    That sounded SO unlikely that I had to look it up. And indeed, it says exactly that! :shock
    Never imagined that people outside our community would be so inspired with this game. Nice surprise indeed. :woot
