Solved Disable Reputation with store owners

So i walked into a store whilst doing the nigel blyth mission on tales of a sea hawk. I tried talking to the store owner to discuss buisness but the store owner refused to talk to me because of my reputation, then she said she will call the guards. So i left before the crazy woman could call them and i used cheats to get my reputation to the best state possible. I slept at the tavern, i left on my ship, onto the map, then came back and she still refused to talk to me.

Is there a way that i can disable this so she talks to me regardless of my reputation? Thanks!!

FIXED!! I raided the pirate settlement, made them pay a ransom and finally the stupid woman talked to me. Hahaha

Actually she didnt surrender to the ransom. When i said i would banish her to the stock game. She went on her knees and pleaded up at me "PLEASE DONT SEND ME TO THE STOCK GAME ITS SO BORING!". I said "Then talk to me or die, i have raided your settlement so you have no choice." She surrendered to me.
