Need Help Cheat Mode doesen't work

Hi, i'm new to the forum i recently installed the mod Build 14 Beta 4.1 and i can't enable cheat mode
when i change the 0 for a 1 on InternalSettings.h nothing happens, the only thing working is numpad 9, which says works without cheat mode enabled, so i assume my cheat mode isn't enabled.

If the cheatmode doesn't work, there could be several reasons:
1. Make sure it is definitely set to 1 at the bottom of InternalSettings.h
2. Make sure you have NumLock enabled
3. Check where you have the game installed; if it is Program Files, perhaps Windows Security Stupidity is messing things up big time!
If so, reinstall the game somewhere that is NOT Program Files.
