Cannons of Mona Quest how to activate real mission from portadmiral?

Hi, I've talked to planted soldier near the fort. Then all i get from the portadmiral is the escort to Sao-Jorge mission (many times). How can I proceed to the next real plot-line? (I have been two months in since seeing the soldier for the first time at St. Johns).

Check the port admiral again. If you've talked to the spy then there's another option in the dialog which is not immediately visible, you need to scroll down past the bottom of the visible list. If you're doing a routine escort to Sao Jorge then you haven't found this bit.
