Build Mods help needed

I downloaden all the build 12.1 prebuild 13 and the update, I can't figure out what to do, I looked at Pieters site though, I found instruction but I don't understand them, do I need to throw away my save files too or REALLY un- and re install?

1) Make sure you have an unmodded game installed from the CDs
2) Install Build 12
3) Run RunMe.bat

Old savegamed will not work with Build 12; you must start a new game.

I had quite a few problems as well... try and look in my post... "cant figure out how to install the pre13 build" there might be some answers there... I spent alot of time on it before it worked... but trust me, its all worth it!!!!!

When you've installed the build 12 mod, make sure it works, then extract the files in the build 13 on top of the old files... and run the english.bat file
