Build 11 Installation Trouble

I've installed this build and I'm sure I've done it properly. I had a bit of trouble, but then managed to correct the problem. But now, whenever I click "New Game" the loading screen comes up, then after about 3 seconds everything goes black. This message box pops up saying something like: "PotC has incountered a problem and has to close." When I go to the options screen I see all the new buttons and when I go to the PotC folder all the new files are there, so I really don't know why the game just shuts down. Is my system mucked up, did I make a mistake installing the Mod or is this just a new bug?

Try reinstalling it mate... Im not a modder, but for me that sometimes does the trick... and a little piece of advice... use build 12 in stead. that has always been stable on my computer (which isnt a very good one... ). And there are alot of cool things in it...
