Why are you using that version? It is pretty old.
I recommend this version instead: Mod Release - Build 14 Beta 4.1 WIP [Last Update: 31 August 2017][Beta 7 December 2017]

Are they also missing in a new game?

@Alex01: which version of Windows do you have, and what hardware does your PC have? There's a known problem with the levelling system in versions later than Beta 3.4 which can cause the game to crash regularly on Windows XP or on low performance PC's - is that why you're using Beta 3.4?

Blacksmiths ought to exist in Beta 3.4, though. But you can't switch weapon grade quality on during a game. Characters are only set up when you start a new game, and blacksmiths are only set up if the weapon quality is switched on. So, with it switched on, start a new game, and the blacksmiths ought to show up.

Thank you!It works now.
