Anyone Here played Harry Potter and the Prisnor oj Azkaban on PC?

I've got the game but it dosn't seem to work properly. You can't switch between Harry, Ron and Hermione. I've been on website to see what kind of stuff it should have, lots more spells, creatures and places. But my game doesn't have any of them, you only learn 1 new spell for each character, and I saw quite a lot of other stuff my game did not have. Is my game just stuffed up? Should I go change it, or does it just suck on PC.
