Need Help (About the Gameplay) Where can I get Oil in POTC New Horizons Mod?

I searched on the Colonies Log, and in none of the ports have the good of the Oil

On this game, I haven't to chase whales for Oil, true?

Is for a mission

You can't chase whales because there aren't any. There are sharks, but you can't chase those either, they're just part of the sea scenery.

The "Colonies" log shows exports, imports and contraband. If a type of cargo isn't listed for a colony, it doesn't mean that colony doesn't have it; it just means the cargo is nothing special there. If oil doesn't show up as export or import then you're not likely to make any profit by trading it, and if it doesn't show up as contraband then you won't be able to smuggle it.
