    based on that info as soon as i take over pintos ship sailing north, especially after 80,000km i should of hit one of he many isles that stand in my path going north. as i said nix and no answer to, if i use world map to get to san juan, will that mess up my ability to use directsail again? thanks

    yes i know all that, although im referring to the quest, after i take pintos ship i find myself with a slow pinnance ship and i sail north, on my location map cordinates i get by pressing F12 im 37000 north and 37000 west, so i start sailing north forever, i went back to the start and sailed...

    im on the main quest and i need to meet danielle at san juan. i talked to pinto and took his ship, but sailing north for over 2 hrs at a distance o 80,000 km, i should of hit san juan for sure. so how do i get to san juan or activate the next scene at san juan?

    thanks for the reply, although my meaning was do i have to start a new game after i make the changes to the smuggling.c file. i made the changes but didnt see them change in the game, so either i did something wrong or i have to start a new game

    after i make the items and i go to the smuggling.c file to make the goods i want contraband, do i need to start a new game? i tried to put a couple of goods as contraband during game play and it did not show the changes in the game

    at some point making money is too easy and the struggle to buy necessary goods are extinguished due to having alot of it, no challenge... but at least if i wanted to give the church some money (donation) i should get some good points for doing so.. maybe some other ways to give money and receive...

    no go.. i went to the naval hq and spoke with an officer and asked him if he knows where the lord is, he informs me that he is upstairs in his office...i go see the lord and speak with him but no dialog concerning the quest...what now? i even went back to cayman to see gov. shaw and nix

    to answer grey , yes a davy jones guy came up to me and told me to watch my back and stop searching, thats when i sailed to antigua and the only place to find lord barham was in his office and when talking to lord barham there was no dialog concerning the quest...no i dont have a save game to share

    yes and im two steps away from completing this quest. the only thing i need to do is speak with lord barham and get cayman isle to speak to her dad and i guess thats where i encounter davy jones ship and crew, also in the quest log it directs me to speak with lord barham

    ok found him in the naval academy? the building with 2 canons in front, talked to the officer and he said he was upstairs in his office. talked to lord barham and there is no dialog for asking him about the quest. so im back to square one. any thoughts?
