    any other way to make crew happy?

    Is there any other way to make the crew happy than the divide plundering? I just dont like the plundering 'cause then i lose all mi money and all mi ships and the the crew goes to 40 AND it takes so much time (months passes by). Is there another way to get those happy / veryhappy from unhappy?
