    One final edit, I attempted to un-cursify the bow/jaw: EDIT: Did a bit more experimenting after this post and used the ornaments from under the cabin of the lovely Wicked Wench model. I think I'll leave it at this point.

    Of course - I finished updating the cabin and cannon ports before uploading :). I mostly left the teeth and figurehead alone (would need modeling & looks a bit off if just the skull and arm are removed with transparency):

    Updated Barbossa's look for the Revenge and the Uncursed Dutchman is more of a W.I.P - the DMTNT concept art is especially useful for these two versions that had limited screen time.

    The sails are really the only major change between films, but that video is from 4 and I just never changed my signature. Here's a screen from 5.

    I used the same ship and file names aside from the sails, so all I changed was Ships_init.c (in the zip file) refShip.EmblemedSails.normalTex = "sail_QAR.tga"; refShip.EmblemedSails.nationFileName = "sail_QAR1.tga"; and removed a few lines so only the main topsail uses the emblem...

    Just came back to this game (always do), and tweaked the QAR. I prefer Barbossa's Revenge for the brief minute we saw it in 5 to the beat up version in 4.

    Um i believe to do that you remove the "blot.tga.tx" file from your texture folder.
