    I could tackle with it, but I tried to open *.mb files and got errors saying file is damaged or corrupted. What Maya version was used? If SeaNorris could scale them in max to be accurate and just upload max scene file (I have max 2008), I could do the rest needed to put it in-game

    Those are PROGRAM folder files, but coded somehow. I'm not familiar with BASIC at all so I can't tell. If extension *.b is something similar to *.c or *.h, shouldn't we be able to read it in any hex editor? Well, it looks like this ->

    looks like the models of chasers have their normals reversed. To fix: with chasers selected, select 'edit polygons' at the top. In drop-down menu go 'normals->reverse' and select a box next to 'reverse'. A table of settings should open. Make sure the 'mode' is set to 'reverse'. Hit the 'apply'.

    You mean alpha mapping? You should be fine. The fins are modelled and use separate texture 'EmpressAlphaMapped.tga'. It also contains parts of the rudder, that need to be alpha mapped.
