I have a rule of thumb that when the temps go over 28C the computers start going wonky.
While expensive, even a window unit air conditioner makes a big difference.

Yesterday we were up at 39C allthough this is pretty normal for this time of year here so a big aspect of my pc build was cooling for this kind of situation the whole thing basically stays room temperature.
Today its only going to be 31C and we have a huge AC unit from an office building shoved into the family room :D but its so damn hot the only place that's cool is around it.

Where I live it very rarely gets that hot. If it goes over 28 it's a heat wave. Where my mother lives it goes over 39C all the time, often hitting 42C. I can remember having to work on the roof in 44C heat.
Central air conditioning is the life saver, but expensive.
