National relations

I have a question about Age of Pirates 2 and national relationships.

After ending English National Questline, nation relations can change from time to time.
I have Developer Mode on ( Age Of Pirates 2: City Of Abandoned Ships Cheats, Codes, Cheat Codes, Walkthrough, Guide, FAQ, Unlockables for PC ) but I would like to turn it off and find out what should be edited in some files to determine what time period
these relationships will change.

Is there any idea how to change the year in game from 16xx to e.g. 17xx ?

CoAS has preprogrammed nation relation changes depending on the year?

I don't know.
When I finished English Questline, there was the end of war with Spain.

Later, I was playing and there was information that France and England are at state of war.
With delevoper mode, you can press F11 and F15 to change relations and once Spain is a friend, once enemy and other countries also.
Changing relations also works when this developer mode is turned off.

My idea is to change the date to 1790 or something like that and change relations.

Now, as Englishman I'm in peace with Dutch, neutral to Spain, enemy for France.
